We require our shoppers to perform with excellence in order to maintain the professionalism of B. Business Solutions. We will grade all shoppers based on their timeliness, performance, and reporting skills. We expect our shoppers to stay in communication with us, especially if a problem occurs that prevents you from performing the shop as agreed. Shoppers that deliver reports on time, follow instructions correctly, and quickly respond when we have questions on reports will receive preference for future shops. We depend on our shoppers and we must work as a team in order to produce the professional results our clients have come to expect.

How do I get started?

In order to receive mystery shop offers with B. Business Solutions you will first need to register with us. Our clients sometimes request shoppers with particular demographics to best match their typical customers. You will increase your ability to receive job offers if you fill out the registration in its entirety. Once you fill out the application, we will review it. All shoppers must be approved.

How soon can I expect to receive jobs?

Registering with B. Business Solutions does not guarantee that jobs will always be available in your area. We post jobs as they become available, and you will be automatically notified when these jobs are on the job board. There will be no need to email the schedulers looking for work, as our system will automatically notify you. Shoppers are selected for notification based on the information submitted in their profile. If a client is looking for a shopper within a particular age group, or with particular capabilities (i.e. the ability to take digital pictures), the system will automatically notify all shoppers that fit those specifications.

How do I get paid?

Shoppers are paid via Paypal or by check. Please indicate on your registration if you would like to be paid via Paypal. This method is fastest and requires a valid Paypal address. If there is no Paypal address listed, you will be sent a check to the mailing address listed on your profile. All shops will be paid within two to six weeks of being published and accepted by the client.
